Hi Stephanie,

Tell us a bit about your background?

ST: I am originally from Cyprus and I love to travel. I train in my own basement gym at home daily and live a fit and healthy lifestyle. 

As one of Grill Market’s most valued customers and lovers of our protein pancakes we want YOU to create a new pancake special with toppings of your choice to be added to the menu for the month of May. We know you love the sugar-free Nutella but what have you come up with for us this month?

ST: This month Stephanie's pancakes will be matcha protein pancakes topped with suagrfree nutella, fresh  mango and coconut chips :) 

How long have you been devouring our healthy protein pancakes for?

ST: I first started eating them in January and haven't looked back since. 

You clearly live a healthy and fit lifestyle but you are actually a Lawyer… can you tell us more about your daily routine?

ST: Yes, I am a Lawyer. I wake up and do 45 minutes of cardio at the gym at 6am. I then shower, eat and i'm off to work. Sometimes I work until midnight so my days are very long and busy. This is why I love to workout first thing in the morning. 

Have you always been into your health and fitness?

ST: yes, I wanted to be a ballerina when I was little. 

What is it about the protein pancakes that you love the most?

ST: the NUTELLA!! 

How often do you eat our healthy protein pancakes?

ST: DAILY - without fail. 

Is there a particular time of the day that you love to eat them? Ie post workout, breakfast or afternoon snack?

ST; Usually weekday evenings after work otherwise as a post train meal on weekends. 

What other Grill Market sugar-free treats do you love?

ST: I love the dark chocolate matcha truffles, avocado mousse and the burritos. The breakfast and Aussie burritos are my favourite and I used to get the salmon salad all the time (before I discovered the pancakes). 

We noticed on your Instagram that you sport an incredible 6-pack and we sure are jealous. What is your number one tip for staying lean? 

ST: my number one tip would be eating clean and doing interval sprints on the treadmill. I avoid fried foods and cheese and I work hard in the gym. I can leg press 280kg :)
