This recipe has an added scoop of Vegan protein powder but you can always omit this if you wish. Protein powder is a great way to increase protein into your daily macro intake to aid in weightloss and lean muscle tone. 


CHIA PUDDING - serves 1 - GF DF V P

4 TBS chia seeds 

1 scoop Vegan Protein Powder 

1 cup almond milk 

dash agave syrup 


Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined. You might need to add extra almond milk so the mixture is nice and runny (not clumpy)

Place in a container or bowl and set in the fridge over night. In the morning top with berries, seeds and banana and you are good to go! We also love cinnamon, turmeric and matcha chia puddings too.
