This circuit will take 20 minutes and can be done anywhere. Try it today. Do each exercise for 50 seconds followed by a 10 second rest. Repeat the circuit 4 times in total.
1. Push ups - on toes or knees focus on the quality not the quantity.
2. Single leg split lunges - back leg on the couch or chair. Work deep into the glute of the front leg
3. Mountain Climbers - quick and fast get that heart rate up
4. Tricep dips - on chair. Targeting the back of the arms.
5. Commandos - plank up downs - Great core strength and upper body hit
1 minute rest before repeating a total of 4 times.
