50 shades of Green smoothie bowl

As the days get lighter and warmer we are starting to love our smoothie bowls as a breakfast or snack. This one is a super green and super healthy way to pack in the nutrients plus it looks great and is totally instagramable ;) 

 

50 SHADES OF GREEN SMOOTHIE BOWL 

1 cup coconut milk 

1 scoop whey or vegan protein powder (Lomax Nutrition available for sale) 

1 frozen banana 

1 cup spinach 

1 tbs agave nectar 

1-2 cubes frozen mango 

1/4 cucumber 

1/4 avocado 

1 tsp spirulina powder 

 

METHOD; 

Mix together in a blender. Serve in bowl and add toppings galore. Take a snap and tag us at Grill Market. Happy MONDAY!!
