1 cup coconut water 

1/2 cup frozen raspberries 

2 TBS lychee puree 

ice 

1 scoop vanilla whey (lomax nutrition) 

 

BLEND up until thick and creamy. Pour into an optional pineapple (or just a bowl :)) and top with raspberry, banana, chia seeds and coconut flakes.
